Wedding Cake Flavors

All of our cakes are baked fresh to order and never frozen. We use only fresh whole eggs, heavy whipping cream and real butter.

White Chocolate- Our number one seller! Made with Callebaut White Belgium Chocolate, Marinated with
White chocolate syrup and filled with a White Chocolate mousse
White Chocolate Raspberry- our same White Chocolate cake- but marinated with Raspberry Chambord liquor,
filled with a layer of Raspberry puree and Raspberry mousse.

Strawberry Cake- Strawberry cake marinated with Strawberry syrup, filled with a layer of Strawberry puree and Strawberry mousse.
Amaretto- Light Almond flavored cake with toasted ground Almonds in the cake and in the mousse for texture. Marinated with Di Saronno Amaretto liquor.

Orange Grand Marnier- Fresh Orange juice and Orange zest baked into the cake. Marinated with Orange Grand Marnier Liquor, filled with Orange mousse.

Pina Colada Cake- Pineapple based cake, marinated with a combination of Coconut, Pineapple and dark Jamaican rum. Filled with crushed Pineapple and mousse.

Luscious Lemon- Lemon based cake marinated with Lemoncello liquor and filled with Lemon mousse. Must be a Lemon lover for this on.

Kahlua- Rich devils food cake marinated with Kahlua liquor and filled with Chocolate mousse.
Traditional 2 layer cakesCarrot Cake- Fresh Carrots, Raisins and Pecans in a spice cake base-
iced with Cream Cheese icing.

German Chocolate- Light moist Chocolate cake iced with Praline icing-Coconut and Pecans.

Red Velvet- Cocoa flavored cake iced with Cream Cheese icing.

Italian Cream Cake-Yellow based cake with Pecans and Coconut- iced with Cream Cheese icing.
Peanut Butter Cup- Devils food cake marinated with Praline liquor, filled with Peanut Butter mousse.
